• BNP Paribas top Americas banker is leaving after 33 years

    Lincoln Payton, who spent 33 years at BNP Paribas, is leaving the bank this quarter, sources familiar with his departure said.
    Payton most recently served as head of Americas advisory for the French firm's corporate and institutional banking business.
    The firm has trailed its peers in North American deals, though it did jump 19 spots in league tables between 2017 and 2018, according to Dealogic.
