• Atlanta's Interface to acquire rubber flooring manufacturer that outfitted World Cup Stadiums

    Atlanta-based flooring company Interface Inc. said Thursday it will acquire Nora systems in a $420 million stock purchase transaction.
    Nora systems manufactures rubber floor covering systems and outfitted nine of the stadiums to be used for the 2018 World Cup. Its annual revenue is approximately $280 million.
    The private, German-based company is majority-owned by Intermediate Capital Group.
    Interface expected the acquisition to increase its earnings per share by $0.03 in 2018...
