• Chick-fil-A poised to cross another state off its first restaurant list

    Chick-fil-A has eyes on expansion to its 48th state after announcing plans to open its first restaurant in Hawaii.
    The Atlanta-based chicken chain said plans for the Aloha State's first restaurant are aimed at the island of Oahu and, like all Chick-fil-A restaurants, will be owned and operated by a local resident. The company said plans are to employ approximately 80 team members.
    Chick-fil-A did not announce timing or the exact location of the restaurant.
