    President Donald Trump recently said he was not thrilled that the Federal Reserve is raising interest rates.
    His comments are unlikely to influence the Fed's internal decision making.
    Instead, the Fed is likely to continue raising borrowing costs, even in a Midterm election year, to contain inflation until it becomes obvious that a pause is necessary.
