    From Jill Mislinski : The price of Regular was up one penny and Premium was unchanged from last week. According to GasBuddy.com , Hawaii has the highest average price for Regular at $3.71 and San Francisco, CA is the most expensive city, averaging $3.75.
    Mississippi has the cheapest at $2.55. The WTIC end of day spot price closed at 69.01, a 1.6% increase from this time last week.
