    SINGAPORE - World markets declined Tuesday as investors took stock of the standstill in U.S. trade negotiations with China, despite a fresh deal on North American trade.
    KEEPING SCORE: In Europe, Germany's DAX lost 1.0 percent to 12,219.67 and the CAC 40 in France dropped 1.2 percent to 5,441.26. Britain's FTSE 100 fell 0.6 percent to 7,447.36.
