The U.S. Department of Justice has filed to appeal a federal judge's decision to approve AT&T's acquisition of Time Warner .

A Justice Department win at the appeals level would undo a stinging rebuke for the government and vindicate the decision by the head of the antitrust division, Makan Delrahim, to challenge...

The US Justice Department is set to appeal the $85 billion merger between AT&T and Time Warner, Bloomberg says, citing a court filing.
