    Snapchat users will soon be able to use the app's camera to search for products on Amazon through a feature called Visual Search.
    When Snapchat users spot an item they want more information on, they can point the app's camera at the product or its barcode, pressing down on the screen until the app recognizes the item.
    Users will then have the option to purchase the item on Amazon.
    Snapchat users will soon be able to shop on Amazon by taking pictures of whatever catches their eye.

    See, snap, sale. In a rare partnership for Amazon, the commerce giant will help Snapchat challenge Instagram and Pinterest for social shopping supremacy. Today Snapchat announced it's slowly rolling out a new visual product search feature, confirming TechCrunch's July scoop about this project codenamed “Eagle” .
    Users can use Snapchat's camera to scan a physical object or barcode which brings up a card showing that item and similar ones along with their title, price, thumbnail image, average review score and Prime availability. When the tap on one, they'll be sent to Amazon's app or site...
