    Prince William and Queen Elizabeth II wore elaborate matching outfits during the biannual Order of the Thistle in Edinburgh, Scotland, on Friday.
    The British matriarch and her grandson both looked regal in dark emerald velvet robes.
    On their heads, the queen and Prince William wore matching black caps with a towering white feather.
    It's the second time in recent weeks that Prince William has donned velvet and feathers.
    In June, the Duke of Cambridge attended the annual Garter Day celebration in Windsor, UK, in a similarly ornate outfit.
