    We are running out of time to prevent catastrophic effects of climate change from reshaping our world.
    That's the message of the latest report by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change , which found that the world will start to experience some of the most severe effects of climate change once the planet warms 1.5 degrees Celsius over pre-industrial temperatures.
